The only two cuts
A simple 7% on tips, and an optional 5% for instant cash-out. Here's exactly how each one plays out.
7% on each tip
By default the tipper covers this, so you keep the full tip. A tipper can choose not to — then the 7% (plus the card processing fee*) comes out of the tip instead.

"Not covered" also pays the card processing fee* (2.9% + $0.30 of the amount charged).

Standard cash-out is always free and lands in 1–3 business days. In a hurry? Get it in minutes for a flat 5% (minimum $0.50), which already includes the payout processing cost — skip it any time you're happy to wait.

Common questions
Are there monthly fees?

Who pays the tip fee?

When can I get my money?
Available balance cashes out free in 1–3 business days. Instant payout is there if you'd rather have it in minutes for a flat 5% (minimum $0.50), which already includes the payout processing cost.
Does the customer need the app?
No. They just scan your QR with their phone camera and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — no app or account.
