Common questions
Are there monthly fees?
No. No subscription, no setup cost. The only fees are the 5% on tips — usually paid by the tipper — and an optional 5% if you choose to cash out instantly.
Who pays the tip fee?
By default the tipper covers the 5% tip fee, so you receive the full tip. A tipper can opt out at checkout — then the 5% (plus standard card processing) comes out of the tip instead.
When can I get my money?
Available balance cashes out free in ~2 business days. Instant payout is there if you'd rather have it in minutes for a flat 5%.
Does the customer need the app?
No. They just scan your QR with their phone camera and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — no app or account.
